Phillip An is the founder and CEO of Skylarq AI, the autonomous desktop agent that runs your entire sales operation from your Mac. Previously, he founded Homebase through Y Combinator (W21), raising $50M in venture capital and scaling to 120 employees.

He holds an MS/MBA from Harvard Business School, is a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University (Class of 2026), and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. He started his career at McKinsey & Company.

Phillip is passionate about building AI agents that actually do the work — not tools that make more work for you. At Skylarq, that means an agent that controls your browser, transcribes your meetings, deploys outreach across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp, and runs autonomously on a schedule while you sleep.
