Our platform leverages AI technologies across four primary areas:

  • Natural language understanding for conversational AI interactions
  • Data summarization for pipeline reports and deal intelligence

Compliance: Our OpenAI integration follows their usage policies and best practices. We use the API tier, which means your data is not used to train OpenAI's models.

5. Data Privacy & AI

We take a privacy-first approach to AI integration. Here's how we protect your data when processing it through AI services:

  • Minimal data sharing -- We send only the minimum data required to fulfill each AI request. Personal identifiers are stripped when possible.
  • No model training -- Your data is never used to train third-party AI models. We use API tiers that contractually prohibit training on customer data.
  • Encrypted transmission -- All data sent to AI providers is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Access controls -- Strict access controls ensure only authorized systems can interact with AI services on your behalf.
  • No data retention by providers -- AI queries are processed and discarded. We do not allow providers to retain your data beyond the time needed to fulfill the request.

6. Responsible AI Commitment

Skylarq is committed to the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Our guiding principles:
